# 渠道故障排除

Use this page when a channel connects but behavior is wrong.

## Command ladder

* `Runtime: running`
* `RPC probe: ok`
* Channel probe shows connected/ready

## WhatsApp

### WhatsApp failure signatures

| Symptom                         | Fastest check                                                                                 | Fix                                                     |

| Connected but no DM replies     | `openclaw pairing list whatsapp`                                                              | Approve sender or switch DM policy/allowlist.           |
| Group messages ignored          | Check `requireMention` + mention patterns in config                                           | Mention the bot or relax mention policy for that group. |
| Random disconnect/relogin loops | 日志显示 `setMyCommands failed` → 检查到 `api.telegram.org` 的出站 HTTPS 和 DNS 可达性（常见于限制严格的 VPS 或代理环境）。 | Re-login and verify credentials directory is healthy.   |

## iMessage and BlueBubbles

### iMessage and BlueBubbles failure signatures

## Signal
